The ideal candidate will have the ability to assess conditions and provide cost-effective remedial and replacement recommendations both verbally and in writing. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in roofing or waterproofing, preferably from a specialty waterproofing subcontractor, with proven achievements in the field.

The total compensation package includes salary, vacation, individual insurance, commission, and bonus opportunities. Salary and bonus compensation are commensurate with experience, expertise, and dedication as determined by the company.

Responsibilities:
- Assess roofing, waterproofing, and building envelope conditions on commercial properties
- Provide clear, actionable recommendations for repairs or replacements
- Conduct peer review and provide feedback on waterproofing design and implementation
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices, new products, and innovative solutions
- Travel weekly to project sites as required
- Collaborate with project teams and clients to ensure successful project outcomes
- Strong background in roofing or waterproofing; experience in specialty subcontractor work preferred (5 years preferred)
- Demonstrated success in detailing or installing above and below-grade waterproofing systems
- Ability to perform peer review and comment on waterproofing designs
- Problem-solving mindset with eagerness to learn and adapt to new strategies and products
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be willing to submit to background check and drug testing
