Eagle Roofing & Construction is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Roofing Sales Representatives. This is a customer-facing, high-growth role where you will help homeowners protect their property while building a strong income and long-term career.

We are a locally trusted company with over 20 years of experience, a 5-star reputation, and we are fully licensed, bonded, and insured. Homeowners already trust our name, which makes it easier for you to build relationships and close deals.

No prior experience is required. We provide hands-on training and real support to help you succeed.

What You’ll Do

• Meet homeowners face-to-face and build professional relationships
• Inspect roofs for storm or weather-related damage (training provided)
• Educate homeowners on repair and replacement options
• Guide customers through the insurance claims process
• Generate opportunities through outreach, referrals, and community engagement
• Manage your pipeline and follow up to close deals

Compensation

This is a performance-based opportunity with uncapped earning potential.

Most motivated individuals earn between $80,000 and $150,000 per year, depending on effort and consistency.

You will begin earning commission from your first deals, with additional bonuses available for early performance milestones.

Early Performance Incentives

• $50 bonus for your first inspection

• $250 bonus for your first closed deal
