This role is ideal for an experienced AP professional who enjoys managing full cycle AP while contributing to process improvements and modernization initiatives. The successful candidate will collaborate across multiple departments, ensure accurate and timely invoice processing, and help drive efficiencies within the AP function.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full-cycle AP process, including invoice receipt, coding, approval routing and payment processing
- Process and reconcile PO-based invoices while investigating and resolving discrepancies
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to address payment inquiries and maintain strong working relationships
- Support process improvement initiatives and automation efforts
