We are currently seeking a highly capable Video Production Intern to join our fast-paced, diverse, and safety-centric team for a summer internship. This position will assist with planning, filming, and editing videos for use on our website, YouTube channel, social media platforms, at trade shows, and in internal communications.

The compensation range that is listed is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. A team member's pay within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location and prevailing minimum wage, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs.

- Assists with planning and storyboarding video concepts;
- Films product demonstrations, interviews, facility footage, and event content;
- Edits short- and long-form videos for web and social platforms;
- Adds graphics, captions, music, and basic motion elements;
- Organizes raw footage and maintains digital asset libraries;
- Collaborates with the marketing team to align videos with brand guidelines.
- This is an internship position - high school students are encouraged to apply;
- Currently enrolled in high school with coursework or extracurricular experience in video production, media, marketing, or related field;
- Experience creating content for YouTube or social media;
- Proficiency in video editing software such as:
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe After Effects (basic motion graphics preferred)
- Final Cut Pro;
- Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.;
