Business Services Specialist

We are currently seeking a Business Services Specialist to join our fast paced, diverse, and safety-centric team.

A typical day as a Business Services Specialist can include:

• Prepares and processes customer and vendor quotes;
• Addresses customer / vendors questions, comments, and concerns;
• Works with other departments to ensure that project requests are fulfilled and given to the customer for approval;
• Communicates with team members and customers on inventory levels and shipment arrival estimates;
• Assisting customers and/or vendors in problem resolution.
  
  

Required Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree;
• Enjoy interacting with customers and providing great customer service;
• Strong math and problem-solving skills;
• Intermediate level skills in Excel (i.e. pivot table and VLookups);
• Strong organizational skills and able to prioritize tasks.
