Compensation Range The compensation range that is listed is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. A team member's pay within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location and prevailing minimum wage, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs.

A typical day as a Marketing Events Coordinator can include:
- Plan and execute 10–15 annual trade shows and marketing events, managing logistics, vendors, freight, budgets, and event operations.
- Coordinate booth layouts, demonstrations, exhibit assets, and the HIWIN Academy mobile demonstration trailer.
- Lead event setup and teardown activities while ensuring exhibits, equipment, and marketing materials are organized and event-ready.
- Manage inventory, maintenance, and tracking of trade show displays, demonstration equipment, and promotional assets.
- Support event marketing initiatives and maintain a professional, consistent brand presence across all customer-facing events.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Event Management, or a related field
- 3–6 years of experience coordinating trade shows, events, or exhibit programs within a B2B manufacturing, industrial, or technical environment
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on trade show execution experience, including freight coordination, booth setup/teardown, event logistics, and asset management
- Proven ability to manage vendors, budgets, schedules, and multiple concurrent projects
- Strong organizational, project management, communication, and problem-solving skills

Salary : $65,000 - $75,000
