We are looking for dependable, detail-oriented individuals who enjoy hands-on work and take pride in producing high-quality products. As an Assembler I Associate, you will help build and inspect components used in advanced motion control and automation technologies while working in a clean, safety-focused manufacturing environment.

A typical day may include:

  • Assembling products and components according to work instructions and quality standards
  • Performing visual inspections to identify defects and ensure product quality
  • Using hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices to complete assembly tasks
  • Loading, organizing, and staging materials for production
  • Supporting continuous improvement, safety, and manufacturing excellence

Required Education & Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Manual dexterity and visual acuity necessary to assemble, inspect, and verify components
  • Ability to follow work instructions, procedures, and quality standards with a high level of accuracy
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work

Compensation Range
The compensation range that is listed is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. A team member's pay within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location and prevailing minimum wage, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs.


Monday - Friday 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Salary : $50,000
