Office Administrator (Part-Time to Full-Time)
HIVE Exterior Services – Windsor, CO (Hybrid)
HIVE Exterior Services is a growing home services company serving Northern Colorado, specializing in landscaping, painting, and exterior improvements. We’re looking for a reliable, organized, and personable Office Administrator to help keep our daily operations running smoothly.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured work, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants a flexible schedule with a mix of in-office and remote work.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and manage incoming lead calls throughout the day
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with customers and field teams
- Assist with job scheduling and daily calendar management
- Ensure invoices are sent out and follow up on outstanding payments
- Call in utility locates (811) and support pre-job coordination
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and spreadsheets
- Provide general administrative and operational support as needed
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once
- Reliable and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Proficient with CRM systems, spreadsheets, and general office software
- Previous administrative or office experience in the contracting space required.
Work Environment & Schedule
- Full Time
- Monday-Friday: 9am-5pm
