Your Main Role
As a Cashier / Sales Associate, you will support customers throughout their in-store journey. You’ll be the person they turn to for assistance, product guidance, and a smooth, efficient checkout experience.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and offer friendly, helpful service
- Operate the till/register and process transactions accurately
- Manage cash handling, card payments, refunds, and exchanges
- Assist customers with questions, recommendations, and store navigation
- Keep product displays tidy, stocked, and visually appealing
- Support sales targets during busy periods and seasonal peaks
- Maintain checkout cleanliness and follow store safety standards
- Notify the team or management of low stock or customer concerns
- Follow all operational policies, security procedures, and store guidelines
