Lead Deck Builder / Crew Leader
We are seeking an experienced Lead Deck Builder looking for a long term opportunity and potential partnership. The ideal candidate will have their own crew, reliable transportation, and the tools needed to complete high quality deck projects efficiently and professionally.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage deck construction projects from start to finish
- Coordinate and supervise crew members on site
- Read plans and execute builds accurately
- Ensure projects are completed safely, and to high standards
- Communicate effectively with clients and project management
Requirements
- Proven experience building decks and outdoor structures
- Own crew preferred
- Reliable truck and transportation
- Must have own tools and equipment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage projects
- Knowledge of framing, decking, railings, stairs, and composite materials

Pay: $20.00 - $50.00 per hour
