How you’ll make an impact 1. You will be responsible for Insulation & Components business growth in responsible market on behalf of GC HUB. 2. You will evaluate market conditions, prepare sales plans and forecasts, and develop cost-effective business strategies to achieve objectives. 3. You will establish and maintain effective customer relationship to understand customer needs, Ensure a positive customer experience. 4. You will develop & influence customer from commercial & technical perspective by comprehensive exploring and analyzing the market information. 5. You will formulate Pipeline plan & market strategy and make implementation into orders and achieve yearly OR budget. 6. You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines. 7. You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree majored in science or engineering (electrical/power related major preferred). 2. More than 3 years of experience on sales, business development, account management in related industries. 3. Responsible and stable, positive & innovative, self-driven & persistent with work pressure, strong communication & collaboration, customer-focused & result-orientated. 4.
