Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines. How You'll Make an Impact Lead engineering activities with internal and external stakeholders throughout project execution. Translate customer requirements into effective and innovative control system solutions. Drive design optimization initiatives focused on quality, efficiency, and cost improvement. Conduct and facilitate technical meetings with customers, suppliers, and project teams. Coordinate material orders, fabrication activities, and installation plans for control cabinets. Collaborate with global engineering teams to deliver high-quality project outcomes. Develop and monitor quality measurements with external suppliers. Ensure compliance with IEEE, NEC, NEMA, environmental, and safety standards. Your Background Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. 2 years of experience in controls, automation, or control cabinet design. Proficiency with CAD tools; E3 experience is a plus. Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills. Experience with Microsoft Office applications and engineering documentation. Ability to travel occasionally for customer meetings and site visits.
