How you'll make an impact Learn the fundamentals of Hitachi Energy’s Transformers and Components business, product portfolio, manufacturing processes, and operations. Participate in challenging projects that expand your engineering knowledge and practical experience. Support product design and engineering activities that contribute to manufacturing excellence. Take ownership of learning objectives and project deliverables throughout the training program. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve technical challenges and drive continuous improvement. Apply analytical thinking and creative problem-solving to achieve project goals and business outcomes. Engage with mentors and leaders to develop technical, professional, and leadership skills. Demonstrate a commitment to safety, integrity, quality, and operational excellence in all activities. Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines. Your background Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Electromechanical, or Mechanical Engineering. Two (2) or more years of relevant industry experience; internship and co-op experience will be considered. Authorization to work in the United States that permits employment with Hitachi Energy. Interest in the energy, manufacturing, or industrial technology sectors. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills; experience with AutoCAD 2D/3D modeling is a plus.
