Profession (Job Category): Customer Service & Contact Center Operations Job Schedule: Full time Remote: No Job Description: A oportunidade: Responsável por planejar, coordenar e controlar operações de exportação, fornecendo suporte estratégico e operacional às áreas de negócio, garantindo conformidade aduaneira, eficiência logística, gestão de riscos, governança dos processos e entrega dos projetos dentro dos requisitos de prazo, custo e qualidade estabelecidos. Como você causará impacto: Planejar, coordenar e gerenciar operações de exportação de ponta a ponta, garantindo o cumprimento dos cronogramas dos projetos, requisitos contratuais, conformidade fiscal, aduaneira e visibilidade para todas as partes envolvidas. Receber, analisar e validar as Export Shipping Instructions (ESI), avaliando requisitos logísticos, documentação aplicável, restrições operacionais e impactos no cronograma do projeto. Conduzir reuniões de kick-off, acompanhamento e follow-up dos projetos, garantindo alinhamento entre stakeholders internos e externos durante toda a execução da operação. Definir estratégias logísticas e coordenar a contratação de fretes marítimos, aéreos e rodoviários, assegurando a melhor relação entre custo, prazo, qualidade, capacidade operacional e compliance corporativo. Conduzir processos de cotação, negociação e contratação de agentes de carga, transportadoras e demais fornecedores, incluindo gestão de custos extraordinários e resolução de questões comerciais durante a execução dos embarques. Garantir a emissão, validação e controle de toda a documentação de exportação, incluindo Commercial Invoice, Packing List, DU-E, certificados de origem, documentação IMO, conhecimentos de embarque e demais documentos exigidos para cada operação. Gerenciar operações complexas e regimes especiais de exportação, incluindo Drawback, Exportação Temporária, Back-to-Back, operações triangulares, remessas expressas e demais modalidades aplicáveis ao negócio. Atuar como principal ponto de contato entre clientes internos, áreas de negócio, Project Managers, despachantes aduaneiros, operadores logísticos, fornecedores e clientes externos. Monitorar indicadores de desempenho (KPIs) e SLAs dos projetos e fornecedores, promovendo análises de performance, planos de ação e melhoria contínua dos processos. Garantir que todas as operações de exportação sejam executadas em conformidade com as diretrizes de Saúde, Segurança e Meio Ambiente (HSE), bem como requisitos específicos aplicáveis a cargas especiais e perigosas. Responsável por garantir o cumprimento das normas, procedimentos e diretrizes internas e externas aplicáveis. Requisitos: Ensino Superior Completo em Comércio Exterior, Logística, Administração, Relações Internacionais, Engenharia, Economia e/ou áreas correlatas. Possuir Inglês Avançado (mandatório) Conhecimentos em: Gestão de Projetos e Project Cargo. Possuir Conhecimentos em: Power BI, Lean ou Lean Six Sigma.
