Responsibilities
- Part of the Marketing & Sales intern program: Learn about the relevant business, offerings, service & product lines within the local sales unit.
- Experiential learning: Work on assigned projects, focus on partnering with key stakeholders, and delivering on required tasks.
- Diversity Collaboration = Innovation: Work in a collaborative environment that encourages all voices to share their unique perspectives and fuel innovation.

- Account plan development: Contribute to and participate in the account plan development; understand local account strategy and sales tactics for alignment with customer requirements for mid and long-term strategy.
- Maintain contacts: Work closely with the local account manager to maintain contacts and learn to build the player map in Salesforce.
- Solution portfolio: Gain a broad and deep understanding of Hitachi Energy’s solutions and portfolio including digital, software, & services.
- Segments and Channels: Understand the concept of segments and channels as applied in Hitachi Energy businesses in the local market.
- Marketing: understand local marketing plans and actively participate in supporting the local team as needed
- Build and maintain relationships: Establishing connections with internal stakeholders and building trusted relationships
- Additional projects assigned by the account manager
Basic Qualifications
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Self-starter with a passion for data-driven decision-making
- Strong written, communication, and listening skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- Good conceptual and analytical thinking with a continuous improvement mindset
