How You'll Make an Impact
- Develop and implement pricing strategies for high voltage products across the Americas region.
- Analyze market trends, competitive positioning, and customer value drivers to optimize pricing decisions.
- Establish pricing for make-to-stock, configurable, and engineered-to-order product offerings.
- Partner with product marketing teams to understand cost structures, product specifications, and market opportunities.
- Support pricing governance activities by monitoring pricing recommendations and evaluating pricing exceptions.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance pricing models, tools, databases, and reporting processes.
- Monitor pricing performance, profitability, and revenue impact, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Present pricing performance updates to leadership and lead strategic pricing reviews with product groups.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in pricing management, ideally within the high voltage electrical switchgear industry.
- Experience pricing configurable and engineered-to-order products.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
- Proficiency with pricing and business intelligence tools such as Excel, SAP, and Power BI.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
