Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.
How You'll Make An Impact
- Provide hands-on support for IT issues requiring on-site assistance.
- Deliver, configure, and deploy ready-to-use computers and devices.
- Guide users with practical training on common IT tools and services.
- Manage inventory of IT hardware, accessories, and related assets.
- Conduct regular stock checks and maintain accurate asset records.
- Coordinate device shipments, returns, and equipment movements.
- Manage warranty claims and vendor interactions for hardware repairs.
- Support collaboration spaces, meeting rooms, and end-user technology needs.
- Formal IT qualification, technical diploma, degree, apprenticeship, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional IT support experience.
- Experience supporting users within a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow, Microsoft 365, Windows, iOS, and asset management tools.
- Strong communication skills in English and ability to work independently.
- ITIL 4 and/or Lean Six Sigma certifications are preferred.
