How You’ll Make An Impact
- Lead and coach a high‑performing maintenance team.
- Build preventive programs for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical.
- Plan and deliver repairs, renovations, and capital projects.
- Manage budgets and negotiate smart vendor contracts.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and building codes.
- Run a CMMS to prioritize work and track performance.
- Inspect facilities and drive timely corrective actions.
- Strengthen emergency readiness for outages and incidents.
- Bachelor’s in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience.
- 7–10 years in facilities; 3–5 years leading teams in corporate or manufacturing settings.
- Deep knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and fire systems.
- Proven success with preventive maintenance and CMMS.
- Skilled in budgeting, contracting, and capital project oversight.
- Certifications such as CFM/FMP are a plus; proficiency with Microsoft 365
