How You'll Make An Impact
- Lead maintenance planning and execution for equipment and facilities.
- Manage and monitor the annual maintenance budget.
- Collaborate with engineering to define maintenance plans for new production lines.
- Develop and implement equipment life cycle management procedures.
- Recommend improvements to reduce downtime and enhance reliability.
- Ensure health, safety, and environmental standards are upheld.
- Build and develop a high-performing maintenance team.
- Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Willingness to work 2nd shift and some weekends.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and timekeeping tools (e.g., Kronos).
- Proficiency in MS Office, including PowerPoint.
