How You’ll Make An Impact
- Follow safety procedures, work instructions, and assembly drawings
- Perform production and special testing on power bushings up to 230 kV
- Test condenser bushings to applicable industry and customer specifications
- Work with oil‑filled and epoxy condenser bushings and related components
- Accurately document and communicate test results or failures
- Partner with supervisors, engineering, and quality teams to resolve issues
- Continuously train on new testing equipment and processes
- Safely handle and manipulate materials up to 35 pounds
- Associate’s degree or two‑year certificate in a technical field (or equivalent experience)
- At least two years of experience in product testing, quality, or a related area
- Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and drawings
- Comfort working with testing equipment and industrial components
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
