How You’ll Make an Impact
- Lead project teams with clear goals, timelines, and feedback.
- Manage scope, budget, schedule, and quality to meet customer expectations.
- Serve as the primary contact for customers and internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate resources across factories and service teams.
- Oversee project documentation and risk management strategies.
- Monitor project execution to ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance.
- Support contract negotiations and claims resolution.
- Build strong relationships with customers and vendors.
- Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management or a related field.
- PMP certification preferred; Hitachi Energy PM certification required within 2 years.
- Proven ability to lead remote teams across multiple locations.
- Experience managing scope, cost, schedule, and vendor relationships.
- Familiarity with SAP, MS Project, Excel, and other PM tools.
