- Lead and develop a high‑performing HSSE team that supports site objectives.
- Design and execute HSSE strategies focused on learning and prevention.
- Partner with site leaders through coaching and trusted advisory support.
- Apply risk‑based and operational learning approaches to daily work.
- Strengthen incident, near‑miss, and learning processes that are non‑punitive.
- Use audits and inspections as tools for insight and improvement.
- Analyze trends and share clear HSSE insights across the organization.
- Contribute to global and regional HSSE programs and best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental, Chemical, or Occupational Health Sciences.
- Around 8 years of HSE experience, ideally within manufacturing environments.
- At least 3 year of experience in a people or team leadership role.
- Strong capability in coaching, influencing, and collaborative problem solving.
- Working knowledge of HSSE regulations and management systems.
- Confidence operating in matrixed and cross‑functional organizations.
