How You’ll Make An Impact
- Develop, implement, and enhance HSE policies, procedures, and management systems.
- Conduct risk assessments, hazard identification, and incident investigations.
- Manage and deliver HSE training to foster a strong safety culture.
- Oversee required reports, permits, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead emergency response planning, drills, and training activities.
- Perform internal and external HSE audits and inspections.
- Partner across departments to integrate HSE priorities into daily operations.
- Stay current on HSE legislation, best practices, and emerging technologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of progressive HSE experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Professional certification (NEBOSH, CSP, CIH, or equivalent) preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and standards (OSHA, EPA, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
- Proven ability to develop and implement HSE management systems.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills.
