How You’ll Make An Impact
- Map, analyze, and improve current and future business processes.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across factories and Hub functions.
- Lead and support projects, ensuring timelines and outcomes are met.
- Conduct user acceptance testing and validate system updates.
- Prioritize business requirements and document proposed enhancements.
- Troubleshoot operational issues and implement long‑term solutions.
- Guide system maintenance and ensure data accuracy and user support.
- Create and maintain standard work packages and user guides.
- Bachelor’s degree and minimum 5 years of manufacturing and process experience (or 10 years of related experience).
- Experience in business, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or related fields.
- Strong project management, communication, and relationship‑building skills.
- Proven ability to lead through change with adaptability and collaborative mindset.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally (10–20%).
- Experience with value stream mapping and ERP systems (SAP preferred).
