How You’ll Make An Impact
- Perform inspections on raw materials, fabricated components, and sub-assemblies.
- Conduct electrical, mechanical, and visual tests to ensure compliance.
- Identify and document defects, escalating issues when necessary.
- Maintain accurate inspection records and prepare quality documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality concerns.
- Support continuous improvement by analyzing recurring defects.
- Ensure proper calibration and maintenance of testing equipment.
- Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
- Associate degree in Welding or Mechanical Technology OR High School Diploma/GED.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in fabrication and painting processes.
- Certified Welding Inspector (AWS) and ASNT NDT Level II VT preferred.
- Strong understanding of welding procedures and NDT methods.
- Proficiency in MS Office; SAP ERP experience is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret 2D fabrication drawings and technical data.
