We’re hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our Day Program's team! DSPs provide hands-on support to individuals in our programs, helping them work toward their personal goals through active treatment and meaningful daily activities. DSPs who work in the Day Program support individuals in engaging with their communities through employment, volunteer opportunities, social interaction, daily living skills, and recreational activities. The schedule is typically Monday-Friday between the hours of 7:30AM - 4:30PM.

QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, a candidate must be able to satisfactorily perform each essential duty. The requirements listed below represent the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Requires knowledge and skill equivalent to the completion of a high school diploma. Preference is given to candidates with work experience in the field of developmental disabilities.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Will obtain and maintain the required certifications, including becoming a medication technician, CPR and First Aid certification, Therapeutic Response Certification, a valid ND Driver’s License and DD certification as necessary for the position.
Salary : $18 - $24
