Dakota Alpha is a 20-bed skilled nursing facility in Mandan, ND, specializing in rehabilitation for individuals with traumatic brain injuries—the only facility of its kind in North Dakota. We’re looking for dependable and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) who are passionate about helping residents gain independence while providing care with dignity and respect.
What You’ll Do:

Assist residents with daily living activities (dressing, bathing, grooming, toileting, eating, mobility, etc.).

Follow individualized care plans to ensure quality, person-centered care.

Communicate concerns or changes in resident needs promptly to nursing staff.

CNA requirements:
- A high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Current Certified Nurse Assistant Certification
- Must have strong communication and organizational skills.
- Desire to collaborate and work as an active and positive team member.
Hours:
- PRN
- Must work 1 shift per month.
Salary : $22 - $28
