About HIT AI Solutions
HIT AI Solutions is a marketing platform for brick-and-mortar retailers, including trailer and equipment dealers, tire shops, auto body shops, furniture stores, jewelry stores, and home services businesses. We create and post content for our clients, manage their leads, and track which ads lead to in-store sales.
About the Role
The Director of Marketing will lead marketing for a national merchant with 40 locations and help build the processes HIT will use for future clients. This role reports directly to the founder and works closely with our engineering team.
Responsibilities
• Manage marketing across 40 locations, keeping the brand consistent while tailoring content to each location
• Lead paid social strategy, including targeting, creative, budgets, and performance decisions
• Assign UTM parameters to posts and ads, and track performance of both paid and organic content
• Build and manage offline attribution by matching in-store sales to the leads and ads that produced them, and sending that data to Meta through the Conversions API
• Document manual workflows so they can be automated in the HIT platform
• Work with the founder and engineering team to plan new platform features
Qualifications
• 5 years of digital marketing experience, with a focus on local retail
• Experience marketing for multi-location retail businesses
• Experience managing Meta ad accounts, including Business Manager and multi-Page setups
• Understanding of offline conversion tracking, such as Meta Conversions API or POS-to-ad attribution
• Strong working knowledge of UTM tracking and Google Analytics
• Experience using AI tools in content creation
• Comfortable working in an early-stage company where processes are still being built
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with dealerships or franchises
• Experience working with DMS or POS data
• Meta Blueprint certification
