The Role
We're seeking a Director of Marketing to lead digital strategy and lead generation across our communities. This person will own our CRM strategy in HubSpot, build and run targeted campaigns that drive qualified inquiries and move-ins, and partner closely with community sales teams to turn leads into residents. The ideal candidate is data-driven, hands-on, and understands what it takes to market senior living to adult children and older adults alike.

- Plan, launch, and optimize digital marketing campaigns focused on targeted lead generation for our communities
- Manage and grow our HubSpot CRM, including lead workflows, nurture sequences, segmentation, and reporting
- Oversee SEO strategy to improve search visibility for each community and the Avista brand
- Direct social media marketing across platforms to build awareness and generate inquiries
- Guide the creation of marketing materials and digital assets, working with designers or producing content directly
- Track campaign performance and lead-to-move-in conversion, and report results to leadership
- Partner with community sales directors and operations leaders to align marketing with occupancy goals
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree required; Marketing or a related field preferred
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM (required)
- Proven track record running digital campaigns for lead generation
- Experience in senior living marketing strongly preferred
- Working knowledge of SEO management and social media marketing
- Exposure to graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar)
- Strong analytical skills and comfort making decisions from campaign data
