- Greet guests warmly and provide prompt, courteous service.
- Offer tailored recommendations based on guest interests and schedules.
- Utilize professional sales techniques: pitching, prospecting, objection handling, cross-selling, upselling, and closing.
- Present tour and attraction pricing clearly and accurately.
- Process vouchers and e-tickets carefully.
- Communicate with dispatch regarding guest volume or any issues at your location. Ticket Sales Representative
- Ability to work independently while following established procedures.
- Strong sales skills with a track record of success.
- Excellent math skills and comfort handling money, credit cards, and receipts.

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Successful completion of a background check and substance-abuse screening.
