- Maintaining a clean and organized dish room and work area.
- Cleaning dishes and operating a dish machine.
- Practicing Safety and sanitation standards.
- Emptying trash bins.
- Communicating professionally with coworkers and Front-of-the-House staff.
- High degree of self-motivation and the ability to work independently and as a team member within the scope of established rules and regulations.
- Ability to manage one’s own time.
- Ability to identify, gather, and analyze information, exhibit sound and accurate judgement and make timely decisions.
- Ability to read, write, and analyze information, exhibit sound, and accurate judgement and make timely decisions.
- Ability to meet deadlines; accomplish work in order of priority; professionally maintain composure and effectiveness under pressure and changing conditions.
- 6 months experience in a full-service restaurant and/or bar preferred.
- High school graduate or equivalent preferred
- Must pass pre-employment background check and substance abuse testing.
- Maintain necessary mandated food and drink certifications.
