What are the responsibilities and job description for the Grounds and Maintenance Associate position at Historic Rosemont Manor?
Seeking individuals to report to facilities manager to maintain estate landscaping and grounds. Duties include grounds preparation; planting and maintaining flowers, shrubs and trees; cutting grass, weed whacking, and leaf removal on the estate grounds; cleaning windows, gutters and buildings; painting and repair of estate buildings; cutting, splitting and hauling of firewood; some event support on weekends to include set up. Skills in small engines, equipment repair, chain saws, tractors, mowers, and carpentry a plus.
Drug testing and background check required.
