Full Time Night Auditor
The Hotel Colorado is hiring for a full-time night auditor/overnight security position. The work hours for this position are 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Two nights a week you would be doing night audit and two nights a week you would be doing security. The pay rate for this position is $21.00/hr. to $25.00/hr. DOE.

Hotel Colorado has been delighting guests with its legendary hospitality since 1893. The first phase of a $10 million restoration of the Hotel Colorado was completed in August 2019 with improvements to and discoveries in six restored meeting and banquet rooms. Original brick fireplaces were uncovered in four of the rooms-Roosevelt, Garden, Taft and Devereux-during the restoration. Hotel Colorado recently completed the second phase of renovations with comprehensive floor-to-ceiling remodels in all standard guest rooms. Fireplaces and original brick walls were also discovered in some of these rooms.
We are a full-service hotel offering breakfast, lunch and dinner service, bar service, on-site catering, audio visual services, and hosting groups ranging from 5 to 300 people. We were the 2022 Silver Medal winner for Locals Choice Best Place to work with 26 or more employees.
What does a person do in this position? The night audit position is primarily responsible for nightly balancing hotel charges and expenses for the hotel operation. While maintaining a professional image he/she will be required to identify, show sensitivity, and respond to all guests needs safely and promptly to ensure complete satisfaction. Overnight Security shifts summary - Performs a protective function in coping with emergencies, undesired conduct, disturbances, and threats to life and property to maintain a safe and secure environment for all employees and visitors and ensure the safety of company/customer assets. You would also assist with minor maintenance issues as needed.
