The Courtyard Dining at Hotel Colorado and Baron's Restaurant is looking for energetic, guest focused team members to help create an unforgettable dining experience.
We are looking for reliable hardworking experienced Line Cook(s) who can handle volume, stay organized, and execute consistently.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Set up and stock your station for service
- Maintain cleanliness, organization and food safety standards
- Work efficiently during high-volume service
- Communicate clearly with kitchen team and expeditor
- Ensure proper food handling, storage and rotation
- Assist with prep, breakdown and closing duties
Qualifications:
- Previous line cook experience required (high-volume a plus)
- Ability to work fast, clean and organized
- Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail
- Team player with a solid work ethic
- Dependable and consistent -- shows up ready to work
Competitive hourly pay (based on experience)
