The Courtyard Dining at Hotel Colorado and Baron's Restaurant is looking for energetic, guest focused team members to help create an unforgettable dining experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Take accurate orders and manage multiple tables with confidence
- Stay in control during high-volume shifts
- Maintain strong knowledge of menu, beverages, and specials
- Work as part of a team with runners, bartenders, and hosts
- Handle payments accurately and close checks efficiently

Experience in fast paced restaurant environment preferred
Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail
Professional, confident, and guest-focused
Ability to multi-task and stay composed under pressure
Team-first mentality - no egos
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs. Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Must be 18 or older
