The Citi Global Wealth (CGW) organization is responsible for serving over 500,000 clients across its global footprint in Asia, Europe, Mexico, and North America. It delivers the full range of wealth products across investments, banking, lending, insurance, trust services and financial planning & advice across the wealth spectrum by delivering and expanding investment opportunities, advice, tools, and analytics catered to specific client needs. Within Citi Global Wealth, the Client Reporting Team is responsible for the presentation and quality of Financial Data that is viewed by internal and external clients through online client applications and various reporting mediums.

We are seeking an experienced project manager with a client reporting background for a large-scale transformation initiative. The candidate must have an in-depth understanding of performance reporting and related data inputs within the investment management industry, preferably in the HNW/UHNW space, as well as experience running large-scale programs/projects.

The Project Sr Lead is a strategic professional who closely follows latest trends in own field and adapts them for application within own job and the business. Typically a small number of people within the business that provide the same level of expertise. Excellent communication skills required in order to negotiate internally, often at a senior level. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to guide, influence and convince others, in particular colleagues in other areas and occasional external customers. Accountable for significant direct business results or authoritative advice regarding the operations of the business. Necessitates a degree of responsibility over technical strategy. Primarily affects a sub-function. Responsible for handling staff management issues, including resource management and allocation of work within the team/project.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement tactical and strategic initiatives to ensure high quality of investment performance data through improved processes and controls, including data integrity, as part of the client reporting lifecycle
• Responsible for the day to day management of executing to milestones and budget on multiple complex projects.
• Identify stakeholders and key organizations in order to build and manage relationships with each.
• Direct the creation of multiple work projects and manage their alignment to business goals.
• Lead the facilitation, coordination, and arbitration of cross-functional macro level topics within/across projects and with Senior Management.
• Lead the identification and drive resolution of issues, including those outside established projects of work.
• Work with stakeholders to ensure project scope definition meets business objectives.
• Work with Project Sponsor to ensure business case/cost benefit analysis is in line with business objectives.
• Drive adherence to project processes, procedures, methods, and standards for project delivery and leverage across the project.
• Assist project team in negotiating for resources owned by other departments in order ensure the project can be completed.
• Direct the communication of status, issue, and risk disposition to all stakeholders, including senior management, on a timely basis.
• Direct the identification of risks which impact project delivery and ensure mitigation strategies are developed and executed when necessary. Escalate program risks to the Program Director, or Program Sponsor, when appropriate.
• Applies advanced and comprehensive understanding of concepts and procedures within own area and basic knowledge of other areas to resolve issues that have impact beyond own area.
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications:

• 10 years financial services experience, ideally in Private Banking / Wealth Management, performance measurement related work preferred
• Ability to identify and communicate risk issues, concepts, and mitigations/solutions effectively
• Lead change in an effort to continually improve client reporting processes
• Ability to influence and negotiate with senior leaders (across functions); ability to communicate with external parties
• Can make decisions and strategically execute.
• A track record of implementing change programs to enhance client experience
• Champions progress, Works as a Partner, Drives Value for Clients, Delivers Results
• Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills, both oral and written

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree. MBA, CFA, CIPM preferred.
