Liquidity Transformation PMO Lead Analyst - VP

The Treasury Liquidity Transformation Project Management Lead Analyst is a strategic professional who stays abreast of developments within own field and contributes to directional strategy by considering their role in own job and the business. Become recognized technical authority for an area within the business requires basic commercial awareness. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required to guide, influence, and convince others, in particular colleagues in other areas. Significant impact on the area through complex project deliverables. Provides advice and counsel related to project management of technology or operations of the Treasury business. Project work impacts entire liquidity reporting area, which eventually affects the overall performance and effectiveness of the sub-function/job family.

Responsibilities:

• Contributes to the design, roll-out and governance of financial-reporting solutions
• Participates in formulating and setting strategic direction for liquidity transformation processes, organization and architecture covering Finance across Citi businesses, products, functions, and locations
• Assists in setting business and information architecture standards for finance's liquidity reporting
• Plays a part in settling and operating necessary forums and frameworks to establish and govern policies for global Finance liquidity reporting processes
• Participates in assessing and incorporating changing business, regulatory and market information needs into finance liquidity-reporting processes and applications
• Strategic professional who advises on directional strategy of governance and controls of projects/programs by analyzing subject matter and its application in own job and the business
• Acts as a project management expert who acts as an advisor on significant liquidity transformation decisions
• Implements policies, procedures, governance, and controls
• Performs other duties and functions as assigned.
• Exercising independence of judgement and autonomy with a limited level of direct supervision

Qualifications:

• 6-10 years of relevant experience, within the financial services industry preferred
• Recognized technical authority for an area within Treasury
• Experience and demonstrated ability to quickly learn job context and duties while managing competing priorities in a complex and dynamic environment
• Demonstrated success in exhibiting extremely close attention to detail
• Self-motivated with the ability to make decisions in the absence of detailed instructions.
• Expertise in efficient and creative usage of advanced Microsoft Office skills
• In depth knowledge of banking products / systems preferred.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree, potentially Master's degree
