We're seeking a future team member in the role of Production Services Application Support Senior Specialist to join our Enterprise Data Management Technology team. This role's primary location is in Pittsburgh, PA - HYBRID
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
- Work with Development Team to Understand ETL Job Development
- Create/update a support process around Shared Service Platforms and ETL tools.
- Provide platform support for ETL and Shared Service Platforms.
- Build the right relationship with key stakeholders to allow for proper execution of ETL and Shared Services roadmap and timely delivery of business priorities
- Identify process improvement and areas of automation
- Help expand Application Center of Excellence amongst Shared Service platforms
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
- The candidate should have 5 years of solid experience in Application, Cloud or ETL Operations Support/Development and should be an excellent collaborator managing integral components of Application.
- Unix and shell scripting skills are required
- SQL and Database skills are highly desired
- Experience in DevOps with GitLab and Ansible is desirable
- Experience with Informatica, Pentaho and other ETL tools is desirable
- Experience with ITIL foundations is desirable
- Experience in Python is desirable.

Maintains and supports moderately complex applications and their operating environments. Performs complex troubleshooting as a subject matter expert in one or more applications.
