Weekend availability (Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays) is REQUIRED for this position.
This role is not suitable for applicants who are unavailable on weekends.

His Place Eatery is seeking reliable and motivated Kitchen Prep Team Members to support our Northwest location. This is a hands-on role critical to daily kitchen readiness and food quality.

Position Responsibilities

• Prepare food according to designated station prep lists, recipes, and par levels
• Execute preparation of all menu items including sides, sauces, desserts, and proteins
• Follow all recipe standards, portion controls, and food quality expectations
• Prepare all ingredients needed for assigned station daily based on chef direction
• Maintain and stock assigned stations, refrigerators, freezers, and storage areas using FIFO rotation
• Label and date all food items accurately and notify leadership of shortages or discrepancies
• Ensure proper storage or disposal of food items at the end of each shift
• Clean and sanitize prep areas, equipment, counters, and workstations
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times
• Perform opening and/or closing kitchen duties as assigned by leadership
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen team and management
