The Hirshfield's Edina MN Location is now looking to fill a Full Time Sales Position for our Paint Department

This position is available

Monday thru Friday: 7:00 am to 6:00 pm

Rotating Weekends:

Saturday: 8:00am - 4:00pm

Sunday: 10:00am - 4:00pm (Always paid at Overtime rate)

Full Time only:

2 weeks PTO in the first year, 3 weeks starting in your second year - great health and dental benefits

Essential Functions

• Able to see color
• Able to lift/move up to 60lbs on occasion
• Support the sales efforts at Hirshfield's Paint Store, servicing mostly wholesale customers
• Ensuring that all sales orders are completely accurate by maintaining precise accounts for formula and pricing, pulling correct products from warehouse, tinting and mixing those to customers specifications
• Explaining to customers the best products for their needs
• Recommending related products to increase customers’ options and enrich the shopping experience
• Explaining the benefits and functions of products, method of preparation and how to use them to achieve the best results
• Accepting and processing orders, operate the POS register and resolve returns issues
• Promoting special sales, offers and awareness of store loyalty program

Your hourly rate of pay will be based on your experience
