About the Role:
As a member of our Commercial Real Estate development practice, you will work closely with clients and colleagues on a broad range of transactions, including acquisition, leasing, development, and finance. You will have immediate opportunities for client contact and meaningful responsibility, including involvement in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating sale and purchase agreements, commercial leases, development-related agreements and loan documents, and handling related diligence efforts such as title and survey reviews
Ideal Candidates Will Have:
- A minimum of 3 years of real estate experience, with a focus on commercial transactions
- Strong writing and analytical skills
- Excellent communication abilities and a collaborative mindset
- Virginia bar admission
