What You’ll Be Doing
- Diagnose and repair trailer and Class 8 equipment issues
- Perform preventative maintenance inspections and repairs
- Identify and properly classify repairs, including:
- Preventative maintenance
- Component failure
- Brake components
- Dolly legs
- Panel and other related repairs (radius, nose, etc)
- Doors and related hardware
- Record parts, materials, and repair details using company systems
- Perform welding and fabrication repairs as needed
- Other duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 2 years of fleet maintenance experience
- Experience of diagnosing and repairing Class 8 equipment
- Welding and fabrication experience is a plus
- Familiarity with diagnostic software and computer-based repair tools
- Not required! Training will be provided as needed
- Valid driver's license required
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical maintenance tasks
