Job Summary
Founded in 2007, Hirsch Pediatrics (www.HirschPediatrics.com), is a thriving, independently owned, pediatric practice seeking an early career pediatrician to join our three-doctor practice part or full-time. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a commitment to meticulous, intellectual, and compassionate patient care and work well collaboratively in a close team environment. Hirsch Pediatrics supports families holistically by providing in-house mental health and lactation services as well as proactive personalized healthcare for children as they grow from infants into adulthood.
Qualifications
- Board certification or eligibility in pediatrics.
- Strong clinical diagnostic skills and medical knowledge.
- Empathetic, patient-centered approach to care with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build trust and foster long-term relationships with children and their families.
Work Expectations/Schedules/Benefits
- Emphasis on work / life balance with no weekend hours, no nursery/inpatient rounding, and limited after-hours call.
- Work schedules are accommodated on three workdays per week for both full and part-time providers. A full-time schedule is ~33 hours and part-time provider schedule ~19 hours.
