The Physician will be located at our Falls Church office. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality, patient-centered pediatric care while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support the health and well-being of our patients and their families.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive primary care to pediatric patients, including well-child visits, acute care, chronic disease management, and preventive care.Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure coordinated and efficient patient care.Counsel patients and families on health, growth and development, and disease prevention.Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to practice-wide improvements.Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record.Participate in on-call rotation as assigned (if applicable).QualificationsMedical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics.Valid Virginia medical license (or ability to obtain).Strong clinical skills with a patient-centered approach.Excellent communication and collaborative team skills.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.Coverage for annual dues and licensing fees.CME stipend.
