What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Coordinator position at Hirotec America Inc.?
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Presentation development (company template, customer modifications, etc.)
- Sales support (customer satisfaction graphing, meeting minutes, etc.)
- Written communications (press releases, brochures, other media statements, product e-cards).
- Coordinates involvement in community organizations and events, including speech writing assistance.
- Support other HIROTEC Group company activities as needed (i.e. HTI, HTX, etc.).
- Product and company video / picture development.
- Assists in implementing public relations programs, online events, and trade shows.
- Other duties and projects may be assigned.
Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Excellent written communications and strong interpersonal skills.
