Responsibilities
- Efficiently wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment following food safety sanitizing procedures.
- Assist with bussing tables by clearing dishes promptly and resetting tables to ensure a clean and welcoming dining area.
- Support food preparation tasks as needed, including basic ingredient handling and setup to aid kitchen flow.
- Maintain cleanliness in all kitchen and dining areas by sweeping, mopping, and disposing of waste according to sanitation standards.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly, including dishwashers and other small appliances.
- Follow proper manual handling techniques when lifting heavy items such as crates or large pots to prevent injury.
- Adhere strictly to kitchen health and safety standards, including food safety management practices and sanitation protocols.
Qualifications
