Job Title: Compliance & Development Coordinator
Position Summary
The Compliance & Development Coordinator plays an active role in supporting and reinforcing the company’s compliance framework across all locations. This position partners with leadership to help prepare for inspections, maintain audit readiness, and drive compliance training initiatives that support a culture of accountability and consistency.
This role is not just tracking training—it helps ensure compliance standards are understood, communicated, and executed across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in compliance meetings and support follow-up actions across departments and locations
- Assist in preparing for audits, inspections, and internal reviews by ensuring documentation and records are accurate and accessible
- Conduct routine compliance checks and partner with leadership to address gaps
- Coordinate, assign, and lead compliance-related training initiatives (KPA, safety, privacy, regulatory, etc.)
- Monitor training completion and proactively follow up to ensure deadlines are met
- Support the development and rollout of compliance-related communication and training materials
- Reinforce company policies and compliance expectations through consistent communication and follow-up
- Partner with HR and operational leaders to promote a culture of compliance and accountability
- Track trends, identify recurring issues, and escalate risks or concerns to leadership
- Provide support during compliance-related investigations or documentation reviews as needed
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in HR, compliance, training, or administrative support
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage sensitive and time-sensitive information
- Comfortable interacting with managers and holding follow-up conversations when needed
- Ability to stay organized while managing multiple priorities across locations
- Strong communication skills—clear, direct, and consistent
- Experience with compliance platforms (KPA or similar) and HR systems preferred
- Willingness to learn regulatory requirements relevant to the automotive industry
Travel Requirements
- Must be willing and able to travel regularly between company locations, including Burleson, Arlington, Shreveport, and Bossier City
- Travel may include day trips and occasional overnight stays based on business needs
