A high-volume Toyota dealership in the Houston Metro area is seeking an experienced and bilingual (Spanish-speaking) Finance Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for overseeing the financing and insurance process, ensuring a seamless and transparent experience for our customers.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist customers in securing financing for vehicle purchases while offering additional products and services.
- Structure deals to ensure maximum profitability while adhering to lender and dealership guidelines.
- Present and explain financing options, extended warranties, and insurance products to customers.
- Work closely with lenders to obtain approvals and negotiate competitive financing terms.
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and dealership regulations regarding financing and contracts.
- Ensure accurate completion of all paperwork and contracts while maintaining efficiency in processing deals.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive buying experience.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth deal transitions.
- Stay informed on industry trends, lender programs, and compliance regulations.
Requirements
- Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written).
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Finance Manager in an automotive dealership.
- Proven success in a high-volume dealership environment, preferably with Toyota.
- Strong knowledge of automotive financing, lender guidelines, and compliance regulations.
- Experience with dealer management systems (DMS) and finance software.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Education and Certifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
- AFIP certification is a plus.
