Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement: Greet and engage customers in a professional, friendly, and welcoming manner to understand their needs and help them find the perfect Kia vehicle.
• Product Expertise: Present and highlight the features, benefits, and advantages of Kia models, ensuring customers are fully informed and confident in their decisions.
• Consultative Selling: Build meaningful connections with customers, offering tailored solutions and personalized guidance to create a memorable car-buying experience.
• Trade-In Assistance: Evaluate customer trade-ins accurately, providing fair appraisals and guiding them through the process.
• Seamless Sales Process: Guide customers through every step of the buying process, from selecting a vehicle to financing and finalizing the sale, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience.
• Follow-Up: Maintain contact with customers after their purchase to ensure satisfaction, encourage loyalty, and build a network of repeat business and referrals.
• Sales Targets: Consistently meet and exceed monthly and yearly sales goals while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Product Knowledge: Stay current on Kia’s latest models, features, and industry trends to provide expert guidance to customers.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and other departments to create a collaborative, positive atmosphere that enhances the customer experience.
• Organizational Excellence: Maintain a tidy, well-stocked showroom with up-to-date promotional materials and inventory.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in automotive sales or retail sales is not required.
• Passion for the automotive industry and strong knowledge of Kia vehicles is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a talent for building lasting customer relationships.
• Proven ability to close sales and meet or exceed targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated and driven with a strong desire to succeed and grow in a sales role.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional sales or automotive-related education is a plus.
