We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused BDC (Business Development Center) Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. The BDC Sales Associate plays a crucial role in generating and managing sales leads, setting appointments, and supporting the dealership's sales objectives through effective communication and follow-up.
Job Responsibilities
- Responds to internet, phone, and live chat inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Schedules sales appointments for interested customers with appropriate sales staff
- Follows up with prospective customers through phone calls, emails, and text messages
- Maintains detailed records of all customer interactions using CRM software
- Confirms upcoming appointments and communicates any changes to the sales team
- Assists in maintaining the lead database and ensures all information is accurate and up to date
- Collaborates with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Meets and exceeds assigned performance goals and conversion metrics
- Participates in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and communication skills

Education and/or Experience
